From syringe trays to pharmaceutical blister packs to medical waste disposal containers, Plaxall has the capability and experience to design and produce a package to suit your medical or pharmaceutical requirements.
We maintain a separate production clean room facility with special inspection stations equipped with ionized air blowers, and enclosed black light tables for quality control inspection of finished parts.
Each carton that we produce is labeled with a unique tracking number that allows us to determine date and time of production and raw material lot. We work with each customer to develop a customized quality control program to meet that customer’s specific quality requirements.
Blister packaging refers to several types of pre-formed clear plastic packaging used for small consumer goods. While most commonly used in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors for dispensing doses of medication, blister packaging is also used along side other consumer products. Plaxall has the ability to produce blister packaging in a clean room environment, making our products ideal for the medical sectors.
Through the use of our modeling process we are able to insure that our clients receive exactly what they were expecting. We are able to make changes to the designs early in the design process without adding the significant costs associated with retooling. Also, our in-line manufacturing process allows us to meet large quantity orders.
